On Monday, September 12, 2022, Adobe initiated an account conversion of Adobe IDs into what are now called Business IDs. This change impacted all Adobe IDs in use at the University. All Adobe IDs have now been converted to Business IDs.
This conversion prevented some clients from using their licensed Adobe software. Clients may have received errors about being licensed or were being prompted for a serial number. To regain access to Adobe licensed software, clients should log out and log back into their licensed Adobe software.
