Source of the Data
The data are collected by the ISSS operational system, iOffice.
Time Span Covered
The ISSS data collection was first made available in the Data Warehouse in the Fall of 2009. Some historical data are available in this collection for terms prior to Fall 2009, but the data from earlier terms may not be complete, as they came from a different source.
The International Student and Scholar Services Data Collection is described in the following diagrams. Each diagram illustrates the architecture of a specific segment of the data collection and identifies the join criteria between tables.
The OIPiOffice diagram provides access to the "OIP iOffice" BusinessObjects universe.
Data training for this collection is offered on an ad hoc basis -- please contact Enterprise Information & Analytics for assistance with specific training questions. You can also refer to the table and element documentation for information and cautions about specific data.
Those who wish to access the International Student and Scholar Services data collection must submit the OIP Data Warehouse Access Request eForm.
