ISC Priorities Program

ISC is making broad operational changes and introducing new tools to help us better meet the evolving needs of our clients. This initiative, called the Priorities Program, is made up of three interrelated projects: Billing, Finance & Funding (BFF), Client Intake, Follow‑up & Reporting (CIFR), and Services.

  • Deliver easy-to-use tools and clear repeatable processes that improve and simplify how services are identified, delivered, billed, and how clients request and track service delivery
  • Improve customer engagement and customer satisfaction through reduced redundancies and inaccuracies, and more accountability and transparency
  • Provide accurate, detailed, and easy-to-understand reports that enable clients to better plan for IT costs
