Overview
PennNet Phone is the University's enterprise telephony service that supports business operations for the campus. It offers a suite of features including free on-campus (5‑digit) dialing as well as local, long distance, and international calling. PennNet Phone will be gradually replaced by PennFlex Phone during FY21 and FY22.
Please note: Clients of the PennNet Phone service are being migrated to the more modern and robust PennFlex Phone service. The PennNet Phone service is slated for retirement on June 30th, 2023. If your organization has not yet transitioned to PennFlex Phone, please contact ISC Client Care to learn more about this process.
